About.Me

As sole founder of rampd.consulting my experience includes a mix of executive level HR Consulting and in-house Human Resources acquired between the Cayman Islands, New York City, and South Africa. I am currently studying towards my PhD in I/O Psychology, with a focus on learning and career development.

My core experience includes HR Strategy Creation and Roll-out, Organizational Re-Design Projects, HRIS Implementation, Compensation and Total Rewards Strategy, Performance Management System Creation and Implementation; and HR Efficiency Reviews. On a more operational level I have spent the last 5 years overseeing HR globally for a boutique fund administrator head-quartered in the Cayman Islands, but with offices in 6 jurisdictions. My day to day experience includes recruitment, talent strategy, on/off boarding process, immigration advisory; and payroll and benefits administration.

I am also an accredited Civil and Commercial mediator licensed through the London School of Mediation (LSM) with the majority of my experience being in in workforce mediation, steering difficult and sensitive communications through all organizational levels.
